As a Producer at Shapefarm, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities, and working closely with them to deliver high-quality games on time and within budget. You'll be working with talented individuals from various cultures and disciplines, and you'll use your expertise to guide them toward a common goal.
Successful candidates for this role are exceptional communicators who can provide clear guidance, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships with their team members. You'll be expected to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage team dynamics, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge and Skills
Experience in managing one or multiple teams throughout various stages of production
Understanding of project management tools and processes and experience using various Project Management styles
Extensive experience with Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the ability to internalize, process, and express complex problems in simple and easy-to-understand ways
Passion for people and/or well-defined processes
A drive to create inclusive, safe, and healthy team environments
High-level understanding of core disciplines (Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Audio, Tech Art)
Familiarity with video games is a “nice to have”
Managing information flow both internally and externally
Managing project budgets
Process
Able to run day-to-day rituals and meetings
Able to identify process improvement opportunities and drive positive impact through the teams
Ability to build and implement new processes from the ground up
Accountability
Accountable for the on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of projects
Accountable for raising project risks and creating risk mitigation plan steps
Accountable for monitoring team health and mitigating team health risks
Accountable for clear communication around project status towards key internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for driving and following up on action points for self and team members
Communication
Good presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to be able to summarize and communicate complex topics to various stakeholders
Team meeting facilitation
Status reports and project update management
Minute and Action Point taking
Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery
Ability to maintain and upkeep project tracking processes
Ability to create roadmaps and production plans
Responsible for on timely delivery of projects

Japanese Visa Qualifications
